- Train faculty, librarians & staff on OER-related topics
- Lead OER awareness, Creative Commons, & Pressbooks faculty workshops
- Provide guidance on Creative Commons licensing and use
- Train faculty, librarians & staff on OER-related topics

- OER Adoption Certificate Course (Faculty)
- Plan, tailor, and instruct on discovery, use, and evaluation of information (students)
- Work with faculty to design, test, and assess assignments
- Design and teach general and specialized workshops for students, faculty and staff
- Provide chat reference to UTSA students, faculty, staff, and guest users
- Provide database and assignment updates to library staff
- Provide workshops for library staff on resources in assigned subject areas
- Collaborate with faculty & librarians to create/ update online tutorials
