- Direct Adopt a Free Textbook faculty grant program: $10 million+ cumulative & projected student savings, ROI of $48 for every dollar spent, supporting 138 grants awarded to date
- Coordinate outreach to campus partners in support of OER efforts
- Partner with Academic Innovation to administer UTSA Pressbooks, OER Adoption and Design Certificates, and more
- Coordinate and ensure campus alignment with SB 810 and HB 1027
- Collect and report statistics on OER cost, outcome, usage and perceptions
- Lead UTSA subject specialist librarians in OER initiatives
- Train faculty, librarians & staff on OER-related topics
